Regulation (EU) No 2015/1221 of 24 July 2015 amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (“7. ATP”) was published 25 July 2015 in the EU Official Journal L 197.
This regulation changes the tables 3.1 and 3.2 (Harmonised classification s and labellings) of Annex VI of the CLP Regulation. They have to be applied mandatorily from 1 January 2017.
