Since the beginning of the new year 2017, Prosisoft GmbH is a company of Selerant Srl.

Selerant, headquartered in Milan, is a major provider of software and services in the areas of Product Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Its customers include important companies in the chemical industry as well as in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. Selerant has offices throughout the world, including China, India and the USA.

Prosisoft GmbH will remain an independent company. As in the past, the focus will be on the further development of our Microsoft Dynamics NAV hazardous substance management module HSM with its various functions for integrating all relevant business processes. As before, we will continue to support our customers with their existing contacts and the whole tried and tested team from our location Wiesbaden.

The combination of our companies means an enhancement of our Regulatory Compliance expertise. In addition, we are confident that the cooperation with our new colleagues will lead to the development of new thematic fields and, last but not least, to strengthening our sales activities in other European countries as well as worldwide.
